Absolutely amazing clinic. My first experience was a tough one. I was new to the area and woke up to a very sick 13 year old dog. They got me in immediately, even though I had never been there, and were so kind. We ended up having to put her to sleep but the whole process was made better by the incredible staff and doctors. They were kind, patient, and helpful. They took our payment from in the room, they let us wait and love on her for as long as we wanted, they also let us stay as long as we wanted and leave out the side door. One of the hardest days of my life was made just a little bit easier by their kindness. Since that day, I now take my other dog there for his regular appointments. They are always great about getting you in and out. They are still patient, kind, and answer all of my crazy dog mom questions. I see Dr. Garvin and have also spoken with Dr. Teresa, but I have interacted with numerous others in the office and have had nothing but positive experiences. Do yourself and you pets a favor and go to Wills Animal Hospital!
