Dr. Teresa Wills
Dr. Wills' Bio
Dr. Wills knew she wanted to become a veterinarian after looking up to her father, who bred beagles. Years later, she pursued her dream and established Wills Animal Hospital with her husband, Dr. Steve Wills. She earned her DVM from Auburn University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Texas A&M University. To stay up to date with the latest in veterinary medicine, she attends numerous continuing education conferences annually.
She enjoys getting to know her clients and their pets and welcoming new experiences and challenges that every day brings.
When she’s not caring for pets at Wills Animal Hospital, Dr. Teresa Wills cares for her own fur babies, including Nettie, her constant companion Yorkshire Terrier and Nettie’s best friend, a house cat named Fluffy. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and children, Matthew and Emily; attending music festivals; snow skiing; hiking; and directing at Theatre Workshop of Owensboro.
Dr. Cindy Wolfe
Dr. Wolfe's Bio
Dr. Wolfe’s love of animals and their care began at an early age on the family farm. Her mom encouraged her to turn that love into a career in veterinary medicine. She is a ’94 graduate of Auburn University School of Veterinary Medicine. Following graduation, she joined Drs. Steve and Teresa Wills and became a partner of the hospital in 2001.
One of her favorite aspects of being a veterinarian is caring for her patients; diagnosing and treating illnesses; and interacting with her clients. She always loves to see puppies and kittens as exciting new additions to the practice family. Over the years, she has welcomed the opportunities she’s had to make a difference in the lives of pets by improving their health and allowing them to have more quality years with their owners.
Dr. Wolfe shares her home with her husband Buck and their children, Katie, Kara, and Haley. She’s also the proud pet mom of four cats, Moonlight, Leo, Harper and Kindle; dogs, Willy, Jill, Bradley, and Foxy; horses, Cracker Jack and Baxter; Bobby the Beta fish; and Cooper the parakeet. When she’s not at Wills, she enjoys spending time with her children, church activities, working outside, running, reading, and watching old TV shows and movies with her family.

My name is Emily Houser, I’m 18 years old, and I graduated from Daviess County High School in 2019. Right now, I am taking classes at Owensboro Community and Technical College, but I will be transferring to Murray State University this fall to start my education in pre-veterinary medicine. After I finish classes at Murray, I would like to go to Auburn University to become a veterinarian. I would love to practice on both large and small animals. I’ve been working with animals for the last two and a half years, and I love it! Working at Wills is awesome because I get to learn new things every day and take care of animals!
I am 20 years old. I go to Kentucky Wesleyan College and plan to major in psychology and criminal justice. I have two rescued aussiedoodles. I grew up in Louisiana with many different animals on our land that we raised.
My name is Savanna, and I am 21 years old. My husband and I have three pets, and their names are Raphael, Calypso, and Nova. I am newly married and love animals. I tend to drive my husband crazy with new animal facts that I learn. During my down time, I love to train my bull Mastiff/German Shepherd mix Raph and teach him new tricks. I also love to read and draw. One day, I do hope to go back to school to become a vet tech and hopefully a veterinarian.
